When the car is braking, the air enters the brake chamber from the inlet of the air inlet. Under the action of air pressure, the diaphragm is deformed, pushing the push rod, driving the brake regulating arm and rotating the brake CAM.

The force of diaphragm chamber push rod is proportional to the input pressure. The parking brake chamber is a brake device that USES spring to store energy and release gas. When the pressure is greater than 0.65mpa, the force acting on the piston is greater than the pre-tightening force of the spring. The piston goes to the limit and the brake is removed. If the air in the pressure chamber is completely released, the spring pushes the piston down and pushes the main brake push bar to produce braking. The braking strength is related to the spring's pre-tightening force. When the air pressure of the pressure chamber is lower than 0.65mpa, the braking force produced by the chamber is inversely proportional to the air pressure value, so emergency braking can be implemented.
