Adopting the pneumatic tyre to compact the layer will not damage the compacted materials. The compact performance can be improved by adding or reducing the counterweight and changing the inflation pressure of the tyres. The transmission system adopts the hydraulic transmission with infinitely variable speeds. The start of the torque converter and the speed change are stable and without impact, reducing the shear stress to the road, and improving the compacting quality. The torque converter adopts hydrodynamic drive, which makes the compactor have adaptivity, ensures the diesel engine and the transmission system work under the rated working condition, and prolongs the service life of the compactor.
