A 3475 hydraulic control fire monitor made by Akron America is available. Combined boom consists of 1st stage 4-section telescoping boom and 2nd stage 3-section telescoping boom. Germany original Benz Actros 5041 second type chassis (i.e. chassis with cab) is used.
DG68 Aerial Platform Fire Truck is a multi-function fire truck with combined boom, which is driven hydraulically and controlled electrically and can slew fully.
DG68 Aerial Platform Fire Truck 's max. working height is up to 68 m and rated down reach is 13.73 m. The platform has a rated load capacity of 400kg, and max. working radius is 23 m. Five-axle Benz chassis with ultralow cab is adopted. The gross vehicle weight is 48 t. Outrigger beam is telescoped in two stages. Seven-section boom comprises two-stage telescoping boom (1st stage of 4 sections and 2nd stage of 3 sections). Control system is a variable displacement pump constant pressure system based on CAN Bus. Many advanced technologies such as servo proportional control, PLC and multi-media dynamic indication are employed, consequently smooth movement of boom is ensured and inching control is gained. 1. Benz Actros 5041/10×4 special chassis: with ultralow cab, two-axle for driving and three-axle for steering, air suspension is adopted for the 5th axle. 16-forward speed and 2-reverse speed, max. speed is not less than 90Km/h. 6-cylinder V type turbocharged intercooler engine with power of 300Kw complies with China national III emission standard. The chassis has features of large carrying capacity, powerful driving force and good maneuverability. CAN control technology, ABS and automatic shift transmission, as well as function of intelligent gear shift, intelligent cruise and intelligent maintenance are available.
2. Powerful fire-fighting capacity: outstanding main operating parameters and fast speed.
3. Dedicated PLC, digit setting and adjustment of control signal and operating characteristic curves suitable for various demands.
