The main structure introduction:

1.Body and frame: body parts can be divided into single cabin, double cabin, and triple cabin according to customers' and markets' demend. With the introduction of advanced technology from China and abroad, the tank body uses UG three-dimensional for model, and then CAE software to analyze the parts strength distribution for optimized design.

2.Internal structure: internal enclosed chamber strucyure. Head and bulkhead have independent gas chamer in case side ventricular weld cracking causes ash into side ventricular and affects the vehicle running.

3.Power system: equipped with diesel engine with trailer, electri motor system with trailer, double power system, diesel engine power system with truck, PTO system.

4.Intake system: new closed intake ducting, two intake holes in each cabin to ensure the smooth flow.

5. Discharge tube assembly: variable cross-section discharge pipe, to ensure the discharge faster.
