Hebei Huaqi Special Purpose Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd was established in 1956, the founder of Xingtai Machinery industry. Huaqi is listed among appointed enterprises to produce and refit automobile approved by National Machinery Industry. In 2001 Huaqi was restructured to Private enterprises.
